I am so bored. Boredom is the number one thing that makes me eat. If I'm out all day, I don't even think about food. I'd go out, but Canada+winter+snow = sit on my ass in my warm home!

Christian Bale shows that determination and drive can really do it. Either to be super thin, or to be in amazing shape.
